Parlour Brow Studio will make no exceptions to our policies at any time for any reason and we will not subject to demand or defamation.

Same Day Cancel/No Show: Will result in a $50 or 50% fee (which ever is greater) that will be charged using the card on file. If the card on file declines or a chargeback is filed - you will be banned from Parlour Brow Studio and any future appointments.

While we do understand life happens- we kindly ask for a 7 day notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment.

LATE POLICY: Any client that is late will automatically be rescheduled- NO EXCEPTIONS! It is our job to deliver a top quality service - We will not subject ourselves to rushing through your appointment and making our other clients wait. Please plan accordingly - we always appreciate a call or text!

Booking and Payment Policies for Permanent Makeup: (Ombre powder, Microblading, Lips)

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer the deposit to a later date. You will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.

SAME DAY CANCEL/NO SHOWS: will be charged for the remaining price of service.
